Sheila Evani has a bachelor’s of the arts in communications from the Simon Fraser University in BC, Canada. She earned her LLB from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.  She has practiced law for over 10 years, specializing in commercial law, and real-estate-development for private companies and non-profit organizations.  Also, Mrs. Evani has wide experience in general counsel of company. She has advised numerous companies, regarding organizing and structuring a business or venture, contract-preparing, and tax-driven corporate reorganizing.
